Liza has worked either in or with some of the UK’s most respected and innovative organisations for some 28 years.
She retrained as a coach ten years ago to bring her passion of helping organisations to deliver great culture through human excellence to life. In that time she has supported clients like Radio Two, The Asian Network, Virgin, Cancer Research, Curo, Response One and Publicis to enable their business and people to flourish.
Liza uses a positive psychology framework in her coaching, helping teams and individuals to work through their strengths to create great results. She also uses Emergenetics, a cutting edge profiling tool that uses brain research to maximize team and individual performance.
In her previous life she was the first female board director of the world’s largest free newspaper Metro. There she was responsible for helping to build the culture which lead to being included in the Sunday Times Best 50 Small Companies to Work for.
Prior to Metro, Liza worked for the BBC and before that, she ran an independent sales house in Manchester whose clients were Virgin Radio, Associated Newspapers, BBC Magazines and Carlton Screen Advertising. Liza also spent seven years working as a media planner/buyer for Universal McCann in Manchester, and a number of other smaller advertising agencies in the North West.
Liza is the brains behind Inspire, her desire is to help as many businesses as possible to understand how to create amazing culture to maximise the impact on their results, their people and the social environment around them.
